Description
If anybody out there has played KOTOR, you know what I'm getting at. Hopefully.
When your party lands on Taris you are forced to descend to the Undercity of Taris (which is pretty much a cave/sewer that's swarming with ghoulies) in order to complete a mission vital to the overall game. Once down there, you meet a small colony of poor folk who aren't amused with their lifestyle's conditions and want to find the fabled 'Promised Land,' a paradise that many have set out looking for and never returned. Over the course of your adventuring down there you can pick up Promised Land Journals from various - er - remains, heh heh; once you have collected all of them you can give them to the Undercitylings, who will happily embark on their quest to find their Paradise!
Most unfortunately, the villain of the game, Darth Malak, decides almost at the exact same moment that he wants to bombard Taris to smithereens, and proceeds to do so. Which explains the comic. Which is rather morbid.
KOTOR and all its characters and events are © Lucasarts/Bioware. I do not own them. I am not Lucasarts OR Bioware.
